Want a commission but don’t have the money for it right now? You have a few options which you can go for if you prefer instead.
Spread The Cost
For returning clients (those who have commissioned me at least once before) you are free to instead spread the cost of your commission. Instead of paying the money upfront in full, you can instead pay it in weekly or monthly instalments.
For example, if you had a commission that was £100, and you only had £25 currently, you can give me £25 today and then pay the remaining £75 at a remaining date while retaining the commission slot. Typically, the remaining amount can be paid within the month or even split up into further amounts such as £25 every week.
I don’t do stuff like extra costs or interest so the amount you pay via spread the cost will be exactly the same as if you paid it upfront. Keep in mind that i can finish the commission at anytime after you paid the first amount so you’ll be obliged to pay the full amount, you cannot decide to not pay the amount even if the comm isn’t done yet unless under exceptional circumstances. Failure to pay may result in you being blacklisted from my client list and legal action may occur.
Reserve Slots
If you want a commission but are unable to pay currently, if you’re a new client or even a returning client, you can reserve a slot for up to 14 days. Keep in mind that no work will be done on your commission until you’ve paid the full quoted commission amount. Failure to do so will mean I’ll release the slot and give it to someone else.
If you wish to reserve for longer than 14 days, you may need to pay a small deposit for that slot.
